Castle Babe, LLC is not liable for damaged, lost, and/or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office and complete a Help Request Form and/or a Missing Mail Search Request.

Please make sure you input the correct billing and shipping address during checkout. Castle Babe, LLC does not take responsibility for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

All International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees imposed by their country.

Discount codes will not be applied to past or pending orders. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they input any valid discount codes at checkout before the order is submitted.

All purchases are final. Absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations allowed.
